Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our Adult Supported Living Service. You will drive service quality, oversee staff, and ensure personalised support plans, contract management, and health and safety compliance.

The role requires leadership, DBS clearance, and a commitment to person-centred approaches, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in health and social care settings.
• Ability to deliver personalised services and support planning.
• Co-ordinate contracts, finance, health and safety, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision, guidance and direction to the team.
