Job summary

Autism Initiatives Group of Companies is seeking a Registered Service Manager in Northern Ireland to lead a team and ensure high-quality, rights-based care for people with autism. The role requires meeting RQIA standards and a strong background in health and social care leadership.

You will coordinate services, support independence, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of respect, empowerment and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager or an equivalent qualification in health and social care.
• Experience at Senior Support level or above per RQIA standards for a Registered Manager.
• Working knowledge of supporting people with autism and related needs.
• Good team management capabilities.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car for at least 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team delivering care and activities to enable independence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and rights-based care.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with people using the service and their families.
