Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking a Registered Service Manager for our Cookstown services in the United Kingdom. You will support individuals to develop independence, access education, work and leisure, while leading a team and ensuring rights-based, person-centred care.

The role requires RQIA-acceptable qualifications (Level 5 Diploma or equivalent) and NISCC registration, with a focus on autism-friendly practice and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager: Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Leadership for Health and Social Care Management.
• Meet the required years of supervisory experience at Senior Support level or above as per RQIA standards.
• Working knowledge of supporting people with Autism and communication needs.
• Working knowledge of managing a team.
• Full UK driving licence with car and business insurance on appointment.
• Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements and a rights-based ethos per RQIA Standards.
• NISCC registration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accurate report writing skills.
