Job summary

Autism Initiatives Group of Companies is seeking a Registered Service Manager to lead our residential services. You will work closely with autistic individuals, supporting independence in daily living, education and leisure, and ensuring rights-based care.

We prioritise flexibility and compliance with RQIA/NISCC standards, offering a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development. Interviews will be conducted in person at our head office.

Qualifications

• RQIA registration or equivalent to be Registered Manager.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting groups in a residential setting.
• Experience with autism, communication difficulties and complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own car and business insurance.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements and a rights-based ethos.
• NISCC registration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support independence in daily living, access work/education and leisure activities for people using our services.
• Collaborate with service users to develop person-centered plans and outcomes.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and organisational policies; participate in audits and reviews.
