Job summary

Olive Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager in Basildon to provide operational leadership for a 4-bed residential service supporting autistic individuals with complex needs.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance, driving person-centred care and continuous improvement. The role requires strong financial acumen, governance knowledge, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced social care setting.

Qualifications

• QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in social care management and in navigating the CQC regulatory framework.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop staff teams to achieve positive outcomes.
• Strong organisational and financial management skills with workload prioritisation.

Responsibilities
