Job summary
Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager for a small residential home in Merseyside, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This hands-on leadership role focuses on person-centred care, safeguarding and achieving meaningful outcomes.
You will lead staff, ensure CQC compliance and drive continuous service improvement. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and relevant management experience are required, with a competitive salary of £50,000
Qualifications
- Experience in learning disabilities, autism or complex needs settings.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care plus relevant management experience.
- Strong safeguarding and regulatory compliance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the staff team.
- Maintain safeguarding culture and high standards of care.
- Ensure care remains person-centred and outcomes-focused.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
- Maintain compliance with CQC requirements and legislation.
- Support recruitment, induction and development of new colleagues.
- Coach and mentor the team to build capability and confidence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on service development.
