The National Autistic Society is seeking a Service Manager for Park View, a residential service in Burnham on Sea. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, safeguarding, and staff performance across a home for autistic adults.

You will lead recruitment, training, and continuous improvement, with a preference for QCF Level 5 and a commitment to inclusive practice. This full-time post is 35 hours per week and offers pension, generous leave and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• QCF Level 5 or equivalent (or willingness to work towards).
