Job summary

Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a small residential home in Merseyside, caring for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. The role emphasizes person-centred care, positive behaviour support and meaningful outcomes.

You will oversee day-to-day leadership, safeguarding, staff development, and CQC compliance while partnering with senior leaders to shape service development and deliver safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care alongside relevant management experience.
• Experience managing learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in adult care settings.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the staff team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Maintain safeguarding culture and ensure high standards of care.
• Drive continuous service improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support recruitment, induction and ongoing staff development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on service development.
• Coach and mentor the team to build capability and confidence.
