Job summary

Frontier Consulting are assisting a national residential provider to recruit a Registered Manager for their lovely 4 BED Home in Basildon. The role focuses on leading a dedicated staff team to deliver person-centred care for residents with autism and complex needs.

You will monitor service delivery, manage budgets and staff allocation, and ensure compliance with Health & Social Care regulations and the CQC framework.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage a CQC-regulated residential service.
• Strong financial and budgeting oversight for a care home.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience with Health & Social Care regulations and knowledge of CQC.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery of person-centred services within your area.
• Oversee financial administration through staff deployment and budgeting.
• Manage overall operation and allocation of staff.
• Supervise Team Leaders to ensure excellent operational services.
• Ensure efficient provision of support to residents and staff.
• Demonstrate strong admin skills and prioritise workload.
• Apply knowledge of Social Care and CQC framework in practice.
• Motivate staff to achieve good outcomes with residents.
• Improve and develop services for people with disabilities.
• Be approachable, reliable and ready to lead the team.
