Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an Audit Technology Support & Implementation Manager to lead the ATT support function, coordinating onshore and offshore teams and ensuring high-quality delivery of audit tools and techniques. You will serve as the primary escalation point and align service delivery with audit team needs and broader transformation initiatives.

You will monitor demand, triage issues, drive process improvements, and support onboarding of new ATTs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in audit, audit support or technology-enabled audit environments.
• Experience managing operational processes, support functions or service delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams across onshore and offshore locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ATT support delivery across all ATTs with SLAs.
• Coordinate workload across onshore and offshore teams to meet demand.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex issues and risks.
• Provide timely communication and regular reporting on service performance.
