Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an Audit Technology Support & Implementation Manager to lead ATT support, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery across ATTs.

You will act as primary escalation point, monitor demand, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools to empower audit teams in using technology effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, audit support or technology-enabled audit environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and high volumes of work.
• Ability to coordinate teams across multiple roles and locations, including offshore resource.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex issues into practical messaging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of support across all ATTs and ensure tickets are resolved within SLAs.
• Monitor demand, triage and allocate work across the support team.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex issues and service risks.
• Coordinate workload across onshore and offshore teams for optimal resource use.
• Collaborate with managers to oversee offshore delivery and ensure quality responses.
• Track ticket volumes, response times, resolutions and recurring issues.
• Provide regular reporting on service performance and trends to senior leads.
• Liaise with Transformation, Data Analytics, IT and Methodology to coordinate support needs.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and support providers.
• Communicate updates on status, timelines and resolutions to audit teams.
