Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is seeking an Audit Technology Support & Implementa­tion Manager to lead the ATT support function across onshore and offshore teams. You will drive ticket management, escalation, and continuous improvement to enable audit teams to adopt technology efficiently.

The role focuses on coordinating support activities, managing demand from audit teams, and aligning with Transformation and ATT landscapes to scale the service while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in audit, audit support or technology-enabled audit environments.
• Proven ability to manage operational processes or service delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management across audit, technical and operational teams.
• Experience coordinating teams across multiple roles and locations, including offshore resources.
• Excellent communication to translate complex issues into practical messaging.
• Ability to manage and resolve complex issues balancing technical and user considerations.
• Comfort interpreting performance metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of support across ATTs, ensuring tickets are managed within SLAs.
• Monitor demand, triage and allocate work across the support team.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and operational risks.
• Coordinate workload across onshore and offshore teams for optimal resource use.
• Work with offshore delivery leads to ensure quality and consistency of responses.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Director on service trends and risks.
