Are you an experienced AV Installation Engineer ready to step into a senior role with a forward-thinking and innovative team? Our client, a leading provider of audio‑visual and display solutions across a range of sectors, is seeking a Audio Visual Installation Engineer to join their growing team.

The Role

As an Audio Visual Installation Engineer, you will take a hands‑on leadership role within the wider installation team, ensuring successful project delivery on‑site. You’ll be responsible for leading installations from planning through to completion, liaising with project managers, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Projects are varied and span multiple sectors – including commercial, education, retail, and corporate – so adaptability and professionalism are key. This role will require travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site AV and display installations, working closely with internal teams and clients
• Interpret technical drawings, project briefs, and scope of works
• Act as site lead/project lead, managing timelines and ensuring high‑quality installations
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure expectations are met
• Carry out system testing and basic commissioning
• Maintain health and safety standards on‑site

About You

• 3+ years' experience in AV/display installation
• Proven experience as a site lead or project lead on installation projects
• Confident with mounting display systems, running cables, and configuring AV hardware
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays
