Zenith International, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an Associate Director, Audience Strategy & Insights to join our EMEA Strategy team supporting HP across B2C and B2B. You\'ll shape how audience understanding drives smarter decisions and measurable growth.

Working at the intersection of strategy, insight, data and innovation, you will turn complex information into clear direction, mentor teams, and influence client outcomes across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy, audience insight, and media analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling strategic recommendations.
• Experience using audience, market and media research tools.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and identity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of audience-led strategies linking business objectives to marketing and customer experience.
• Turn research and behavioral data into clear strategic plans.
• Champion audience thinking across briefs, planning processes and client decisions.
• Drive adoption of audience and identity capabilities across EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Content, Commerce and Client Leadership to deliver integrated solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to build confidence and capability.
• Define success measures, evaluate impact and share learnings to improve outcomes.
