Zenith International is hiring an Associate Director to lead audience strategy and insights within the EMEA Strategy team, supporting HP across B2C and B2B. The role shapes how audience understanding drives smarter marketing decisions, measurable growth, and stronger client outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, data and innovation. You'll collaborate with Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Content and Client Leadership to deliver integrated solutions and to drive adoption of

Qualifications

• translate complex data and research into simple, compelling strategic recommendations.
• experience using audience, market and media research tools to uncover insight and support decision-making.
• understanding of audience segmentation, behavioural insights, identity solutions or related data-driven approaches.
• strong client relationships and ability to influence via storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of audience-led strategies that connect business objectives with marketing, media and customer experience outcomes.
• Turn research, behavioural data and market intelligence into clear strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Champion audience thinking across briefs, planning processes and client decision-making.
• Drive adoption of audience and identity capabilities across priority markets across EMEA.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to build capability across teams.
• Define success measures, evaluate impact and share learnings to improve outcomes.
