Job summary

Zenith International is seeking an Audience & AdTech Associate Director to shape how a leading brand connects with audiences at scale. This role blends strategy, data, and technology to build smarter digital experiences at the heart of Adobe.Pub.

Based in London, you will influence audience and AdTech capabilities across a high‑investment media ecosystem, lead cross‑functional teams, and turn data insights into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in AdTech, audience strategy, or digital activation within an agency or advertiser environment.
• Deep understanding of audience segmentation, data activation, and cross‑platform delivery.
• Knowledge of AdTech ecosystems including ad servers, DSPs, and data platforms.
• Experience translating data privacy requirements into practical activation strategies.
• Ability to design scalable processes and introduce automation to improve performance and efficiency.
• Confident communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams with a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end audience strategy from segmentation to activation and measurement.
• Design scalable frameworks that connect first‑party, contextual, and partner data across channels.
• Oversee audience infrastructure and governance ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Translate analytics insights into actionable audience strategies that drive results.
• Shape AdTech strategy across ad serving, tagging, and tracking.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scale.
