The CBSO is seeking a friendly, organised Audiences and Memberships Officer to join our newly formed team in Birmingham. You will combine customer service, membership communications and concert support in one role, acting as the go-to contact for audiences and members across channels.

Regular evening and occasional weekend work is required. The role focuses on outward-facing communication, renewals and records, ensuring members and audiences feel genuinely looked after.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for audiences and members across multiple channels: handle queries, send communications, and greet concert-goers.
• Manage membership renewals, records and fulfilment, ensuring members feel looked after.
• Support concert activities with an outward-facing, professional and warm approach.
