Job summary

The CBSO is looking for a friendly, organised Audiences and Memberships Officer to join our newly formed Audiences and Memberships team. This role sits at the heart of how we look after our audiences and members—bringing together customer service, membership communications, and concert support into a single brief.

You’ll be the day-to-day point of contact for our audiences and members across multiple channels: answering queries, sending communications, and being a familiar face at concerts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or membership support.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
