Job summary

Christie's seeks a Bids & Client Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional client experiences across bids and client services. In this hybrid role, you will manage inquiries via email, phone, Live Chat and in person, support auction processes, and master Christie's systems including LIVE Bid Management and COS.

You will build strong relationships, adhere to AML and credit control procedures, assist with training casual staff, and provide offsite sale support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services or bids in auctions.
• Strong communication skills across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids and client service tasks across channels (phone, email, live chat, in person).
• Assist with Auction processes including auction clerking and live bidding support.
• Maintain accuracy of client data and documentation.
