Job summary

Sotheby’s is seeking a Bids Coordinator to support bidder registration and account management across global auctions. You will help clients navigate bidding, establish bidder accounts, and maintain accurate data within Sotheby’s systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple regions during peak auction periods. A client-service mindset and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client service, auction operations, or related fields.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support bidder registration end-to-end across Sotheby’s auctions.
• Review bidder accounts to ensure information is complete before bidding.
• Process bid-related requests with clients and internal teams.
• Assist during peak auction periods with high-volume registrations.
• Maintain clean client records and data hygiene across systems.
• Ensure compliance and readiness of accounts before sales.
