Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily student attendance and punctuality.
• Contact parents/carers regarding unexplained absences and maintain accurate attendance records in school systems.
• Analyze attendance data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
• Assist with attendance panels, meetings and interventions for persistent absenteeism.
• Liaise with pastoral teams, heads of year and external agencies to support student engagement and policy compliance.
