NoteMachine is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to maintain and repair our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and reliable service for customers across the UK. You will work independently in the field, combining technical expertise with customer-focused service to deliver a first‑class experience.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £39,353, with an onboarding bonus up to £1,000 and a performance bonus, plus company vehicle, training, pension, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service engineering with electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive approach to delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across ATM estate (Triton, NCR, Wincor).
• Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues safely and efficiently.
• Deliver high levels of customer service during site visits.
• Work with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance.
• Record repairs, parts usage, and service activity accurately.
• Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
• Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training.
• Comply with company procedures, health and safety and security protocols.
