NCR Atleos in Coventry is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose and repair ATM modules on-site within an assigned territory. You will install, maintain, and service equipment, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring SLAs are met.

This role offers full training, a company vehicle with fuel card, weekend rota work, and 24 days holiday rising to 25 after five years; a strong emphasis on safety, independence, and high mechanical/electrical aptitude.

Formación

• Valid Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance.
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• PIA licences desirable, but if you don’t hold one, it will be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer facing relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, strong problem-solving skills, quick learner, and capable of performing well under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region.
• Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Carry out work with adherence to the Health & Safety Policy.
• Role may involve prolonged travel, lifting and carrying toolkits/parts of varying weights, and bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods.
• Full training and equipment provided. Company vehicle available for personal use (fuel card included; BIK and mileage usage fee per mile apply)
