Job summary

NCR Atleos in Central Yorkshire is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose faults and repair ATM modules on-site across the region. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.

The role includes travel, varied tasks, and full training with a company vehicle provided for personal use. Salary ranges £31,000–£33,000 with weekend rota work and 42.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK manual driving license
• Strong local geographical knowledge
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• Experience in general PC hardware and software maintenance
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
• PIA licences desirable

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and perform repair or replacement of ATM modules on-site
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
• Take ownership of customer issues or incidents, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Carry out work with adherence to the Health & Safety Policy
