Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Engineer to diagnose faults, repair ATM modules on-site, and maintain equipment across a specified territory. You will travel locally, support customers, and ensure satisfaction while following health and safety policies.

The role offers a 42.5-hour week, 5 days over 7 with weekend rota, and a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle and pension options.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK manual driving license.
• Strong local geographical knowledge.
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair.
• Basic computer hardware and software knowledge.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• General PC hardware/software maintenance experience.
• High mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Customer facing relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace ATM modules on-site.
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure SLA compliance.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies while performing duties.
• Travel may be required; lifting and manual handling involved.
