Job summary

NCR Atleos in Lincoln, England seeks a Field Service Engineer to diagnose faults and repair ATM modules on-site within an assigned territory. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, take ownership of customer issues and ensure SLA compliance, with a health and safety first approach.

The role involves travel, lifting and long periods on the job, and full training with a company vehicle. £31,000–£33,000 depending on experience, 42.5 hours across 5 days with weekend rota coverage.

Qualifications

• Valid Full UK driving license
• Experience in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair
• Experience with Windows operating systems
• High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair/replace ATM modules on-site
• Install, maintain and repair equipment within a territory/region
• Own customer issues and ensure SLA compliance
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy and guidelines
