Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Leeds is seeking an Associate (Trainee) Recruitment Consultant to build relationships with clients and source top talent. You will learn from an experienced team, developing skills across sales, business development, and candidate sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, with an initial salary of £27,000–£28,000 per year and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a business development or sales role, with a track record of meeting KPIs and targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• A confident, no-fear approach to calling and engaging with candidates and clients.

Search is hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join both our Sales and Business Support teams in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to learn from a supportive and experienced group of recruiters who will help you build your skills and confidence in the industry.

You could be working on roles such as Sales/Customer Service Executives, BDMs, Legal Secretaries and PAs, to name a few, and playing a key part in connecting people with great opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience within a business development or sales role, with a strong track of consistently meeting KPIs and hitting financial targets.
• Confidence in building and managing client relationships, with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively when needed.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a natural ability to influence, build rapport, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• A "no fear" approach to picking up the phone and speaking to both candidates and clients
