Job summary

You will manage pay- and holiday-related queries, support with pension and maternity/paternity matters, and ensure proper setup of associates to prevent future issues, while maintaining professional relations with associates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
• Experience handling multiple queries or tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Associates are paid correctly and on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service to Associates and resolve pay-related queries.
• Handle pension, holiday, maternity, paternity and overtime queries.
• Liaise with payroll and other departments to gather information for issue resolution.
• Set up Associates correctly to prevent pay and billing issues.
• Maintain accuracy in job orders, extensions, amendments and terminations.
