Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Liverpool is seeking an Associate Management Advisor to ensure accurate pay and timely processing for associates, delivering exceptional service and resolving pay-related queries with precision.

The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and collaboration with payroll and other departments. It includes managing PAYEE records and onboarding to prevent pay issues, in a full-time 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in payroll or related field preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Associates are paid correctly and on time.
• Deliver excellent customer service to Associates.
• Address pay-related queries including pension, holiday, maternity, paternity and overtime.
• Liaise with payroll and other departments to resolve issues.
• Manage PAYEE records and release P45 forms.
• Set up Associates to prevent pay and billing issues.
