Job summary

BrightHR is seeking a Sales Support Payroll Advisor in Manchester to provide payroll advice to Business Development Managers and prospective clients. The role focuses on delivering compliant, commercial guidance to support deal closure and client onboarding from enquiry to post-appointment follow-up.

You will log and track cases, update client records, and participate in training sessions to stay current with payroll best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with BDMs.
• Strong communication of knowledge within the team.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Excellent time management and diary management.

Responsibilities

• Support BDMs by answering enquiries and providing payroll guidance.
• Log advice and cases in the internal system accurately.
• Review client documents and provide sales tools reports.
• Assist in converting new client accounts and Salesforce updates.
• Attend training and contribute to team development.
