Job summary

Ki Insurance seeks an Associate Modern Workplace Engineer to be the first point of contact for tech support for around 450 colleagues across our London office and remote workers.

You will keep end‑user devices, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools running smoothly while managing access requests in line with service levels. We embrace automation, Intune, Entra ID, NinjaOne and Freshservice to improve self‑service and scale support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows/macOS devices in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 and endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and security basics.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technology incidents and service requests for ~450 colleagues across London and remote workers.
• Resolve 1st line issues (password resets, MFA, access, printing, AV) at first contact where possible.
• Diagnose and resolve 2nd line issues across Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365 apps, and business software.
• Deploy, configure and recover end user devices using Intune and Windows Autopilot; manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain asset records for laptops and mobile devices; ensure encryption and security baselines are in place.
• Write and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks to enable self-service.
