Job summary

Digital Waffle in London is seeking an Associate Integrations Manager to support multiple acquisitions in parallel, driving tasks, documentation and system rollouts across each deal. You will coordinate day-one readiness, ensure consistency with group-wide processes, and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, transaction services, PMO or a fast-growing business.
• Highly organised and able to run multiple workstreams across different businesses.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
• Clear communicator who can chase people politely and build rapport quickly in newly acquired businesses.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the integration plan for each acquisition, driving tasks to close on time and flag slippage early.
• Collect and chase documents: client contracts, leases, supplier agreements, staff records, due diligence items.
• Prepare day-one packs, checklists and communication drafts for each acquisition.
• Coordinate office and IT moves end to end: equipment, email/phone migration, access, suppliers, move dates.
• Set up key systems, roll out group-standard processes, document current ways of working and track adoption.
• Act as a point of contact for staff and management in acquired businesses and route inquiries.
• Support the Integrations team with weekly reporting and upkeep of templates and playbooks.
• Travel to acquired businesses across the UK when on-site support is required.
