Qualifications

• Experience in operational launches or integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple integration projects across the UK from onboarding to data migration.
• Lead data transfer and process migration for new clients to Dwelly.
• Manage post-launch issues and risk register.
• Oversee accounting consolidation and office lease terminations.
• Monitor KPIs and health metrics of acquired businesses.
• Support talent transitions and maintain team morale.
• Travel extensively across the UK to support integrations.
