A leading consultancy in water management in London is seeking an Associate Director for their Water Resource department. The ideal candidate will lead technical and commercial efforts in water resource management, focusing on areas like Water Neutrality and Nutrient Neutrality. Responsibilities include securing new projects, mentoring team members, and enhancing client relationships. We have the requirement for an Associate Director to manage and progress our clients award winning Water department in their London office. The role we are looking to fill will be “Associate Director – Water Resource”.
This is an exciting position where you can join a consultancy whose services stem from ‘cloud to coast’, including water resource management, river engineering, flood risk management, and coastal and maritime engineering.
As a team they work across all stages of design, from master planning through to detailed design, on UK and international projects. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with multiple disciplines, architects, planners, and environmental specialists, on sites that are universally exciting and valued by people.
The ideal candidate will bring delivery experience of emerging water resource requirements, including, but not be limited to, Water Neutrality, Nutrient Neutrality, and Water Scarcity. We are also looking for someone with prior experience of owning and developing a strong UK client base and helping us grow the group as our technical skills and client base develop.
The primary focus of this appointment will be the development of our water resource management capability. The successful candidate will have experience of water neutrality, water scarcity, and water balance delivery. Nutrient neutrality and WFD assessments will be an advantage. A widerunderstandingof the water industry, including flood risk management, will also be advantageous.
