Overview

Would you like to work for a well established consultancy who provide multi-disciplinary services in areas including Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering? They have offices in several locations with around 100 staff in the business. Their newest office is Cambridge and they are looking for a senior structural engineering candidate to work at Associate Director level, who could be based here and help take the lead on developing and growing this currently small office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and growth of the Cambridge office.
  • Hands‑on design and project delivery responsibilities.
  • Develop client relationships and win new business to help grow the current team.
Qualifications
  • Chartered (ICE or IStructE) structural engineer with significant experience in buildings design.
  • Pro‑active, self‑starting individual with strong technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop client relationships.
