Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a PMCM professional to lead or support water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK. You will manage scope, programme and budget while administering NEC4 ECC contracts and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has water sector experience, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record in delivering major investment programmes with a commitment to safety, quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water/wastewater infrastructure projects for water companies or large utilities.
• Full membership of a recognised project management body or working towards Chartered status.
• Ability to manage scope, programme, budget, risk and quality across complex programmes.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Experience with NEC4 ECC contract management and commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of water and wastewater projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, risk, change and stakeholder requirements.
• Administer NEC4 ECC contracts and ensure contractual performance.
• Collaborate with client teams, specialists, contractors and partners to drive success.
• Support development and delivery of major investment programmes in the water sector.
• Promote best practice in project management, safety, quality and sustainability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing culture.
