Job summary

Omni, a leading AI-powered Intelligence Platform, seeks an Associate Director to own complex client engagements from discovery through adoption. You will run workshops, define solutions, manage Value Scorecards, and coordinate configuration, data setup, SIT, and UAT with Product, Support, and Operations.

This is a 3–6 month contract opportunity. You're expected to lead cross-functional delivery, drive campaign launch processes, and ensure successful outcomes for clients across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Platform Solutions, marketing operations, or martech/advertising platform implementation.
• Strong understanding of campaign launch processes and associated platforms.
• Proven success leading cross-functional delivery and change; excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Comfortable with intermediate product configuration and data dependencies; solid SIT/UAT experience.
• Organized, analytical, and adaptable in rapidly changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and map pain points, requirements, and success criteria.
• Translate discovery into solution designs and implementation plans; define roles and cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain and enhance the client Value Scorecard with baseline targets and reporting of realized value.
• Drive account-specific configuration, data readiness, SIT, and preparation for UAT and support.
• Provide tier-2 functional/user support and create enablement collateral with L&D.
• Identify and document product gaps; partner with Product to prioritize improvements.
• Manage plans, RAID logs, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across workstreams.
