Job summary

Omni is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical expert across the Omni platform, empowering customers to derive more value from their data throughout the lifecycle.

You will work with enterprises of varying sizes in a high-touch, forward-deployed model—leading complex evaluations, mentoring junior SEs, and helping shape product direction with field feedback. This UK-remote role aligns with Dublin hybrid paths and offers a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of enterprise pre-sales BI or data analytics experience in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Deep expertise with the modern data stack and cloud data warehouses.
• Proven track record delivering technical discovery, demos and POCs.
• Strong SQL skills for analytics and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs to prove value of Omni.
• Partner with sales to uncover use cases and drive evaluations.
• Mentor junior Solutions Engineers and raise team standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to relay field feedback.
• Smoothly transition trials to customers with post-sales teams and partners.
