Job summary

Omnea seeks a Technical Solutions Engineer to bridge Customer, Product and Engineering. You own the most complex, customer-facing technical problems and guide AI-assisted investigations in live enterprise environments.

You’ll work with implementation teams, draft precise briefs for AI, and contribute to the product roadmap by surfacing recurring patterns.

This foundational role sets the standard for customer technical excellence as Omnea scales.

Qualifications

• 3-8+ years in a customer-facing technical role at a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Technical background with experience in SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest technical problems: complex integrations, configuration edge cases, cross-system bugs.
• Be the SWAT team between Customer, Product, and Engineering for escalations.
• Get technical inside live implementations to resolve deep issues and unblock customers.
• Feed the product roadmap by surfacing patterns across resolved issues.
• Build standards, tooling, and playbooks to triage and resolve complex technical problems.
