Omnea seeks an AI Solutions Lead to deploy its platform end‑to‑end for Europe’s leading enterprises. You’ll drive discovery, design target workflows, and own the sequencing across multiple integrations. You’ll ensure AI outputs align with business policy, legal, and finance requirements.

You’ll work with sales, customer, product, and engineering leadership, advising on best-fit configurations and accelerating time‑to‑value while navigating enterprise politics.

Formación

• 4–8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or similar).
• Client-facing experience with ability to manage stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to direct AI tools to produce first-draft work and evaluate results.

Responsabilidades

• Run discovery with procurement, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders and translate processes into Omnea configurations.
• Design target workflows including approvals, routing logic, and integrations.
• Own deployment sequencing for multi-system environments and determine source of truth for entities.
• Define success criteria and path to go-live with project sponsors.
• Direct AI agents to draft and validate configurations, ensuring outputs meet customer policies and edge cases.
• Validate AI-generated outputs against customer processes and requirements.
• Present workflows to stakeholders, run multi-day workshops, and manage deployment timelines.
• Track post‑go‑live adoption and iteratively adjust configurations as processes evolve.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence future modules based on real deployments.
