Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Relationship Director to enable them to optimise the potential value of client relationships, improve client engagement and deliver needs-based solutions and fair outcomes for customers.
• Enable proactive client management by attending client meetings as necessary and act as the first point of contact, supported by the Relationship Director, for customers' credit-related enquiries.
• Participate in deal discussions with clients alongside the Relationship Director to acquire an understanding of the relationship and facilitate the management of complex local/international credit cases.
• Prepare appropriate analysis, proposals, and presentations to prospective customers.
• Support day-to-day activity, including client planning, activities to drive new to bank origination and pipeline management.
• Support in coordinating with product partners and colleagues in the team, ensuring data and call reports are accurately and timely updated.
