AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Electrical Engineer to join the Water team in the UK. You will lead a multidisciplinary electrical engineering function for significant water infrastructure projects, shaping technical direction and client engagement across national and regional programmes.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality solutions while supporting growth, innovation, and best-practice across AtkinsRéalis’ D&AT practice.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and Chartered status or proven track record.
• Experience leading electrical design for multidisciplinary water sector projects.
• Ability to guide engineers, manage risks, and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers delivering high-quality solutions for water projects.
• Provide technical leadership across regional and national practice, driving best practice.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, commercially successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth and opportunities.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver innovative projects.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to practice development initiatives.
