AtkinsRéalis UK Limited is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Civil Water Engineer to lead the design and delivery of vital water infrastructure across the UK, including regulated and non-regulated markets. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape client strategy, and contribute to growth while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in consultancy, contractor, client, or water authority environments.
Chartered status with ICE or CIWEM, or equivalent proven delivery experience.
Proven ability to lead technical delivery in multidisciplinary project environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across a diverse project portfolio from feasibility to construction.
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to develop integrated, sustainable outcomes for clients.
Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and project partners.
Provide guidance and mentoring to developing engineers and grow the team.
Support project planning, resource management, and risk management.
Contribute to business development and framework growth.
Champion innovation and adoption of new technologies within the business.
