Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing practice in Birmingham. You\'ll lead cost management across healthcare, education and commercial developments in the Midlands, working closely with Project Managers from early RIBA stages.

You should be MRICS-qualified with extensive consultancy and/or client-side QS experience, able to handle JCT and NEC contracts, act as Employer\'s Agent, and lead client relationships at senior level.

Qualificações

• Must have degree qualification in QS and MRICS accreditation.
• Extensive consultancy and/or client-side QS experience.
• Strong ability to lead cost management across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts and contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management across healthcare, education and commercial developments.
• Shape cost plans and commercial strategy on a varied project book.
• Act as Employer's Agent covering certification, change control and commercial management.
• Manage design teams, contractors and stakeholders and lead client relationships at senior level.
