A fantastic national private practice with a presence across Manchester and the Northwest is actively growing and looking at hiring those at the Associate or Director level within building surveying.

Unlike many other private practices, the business has built a reputation of having a high staff retention, able to provide a great platform to work from, and a wide and varied role and clients to work with.

As a senior member of the team you will be involved in areas such as:
  • Taking a responsible role in managing lesser experienced team members.
  • Getting involved in business development.
  • Putting together timely and accurate production of reports and services.
  • Maintain RICS Regulatory Compliance Standards.
  • Meet Fee Income targets and generate new ideas to enhance Fee Income.
  • Maintain accurate CPD records.
Day to day responsibilities may involve:
  • Manage a wide range of projects for variety of clients.
  • Manage team and team projects
  • Develop existing client relationships
  • Preparation and submission of reports/applications and supporting documents
  • Provide advice to other departments
  • Provide sound professional advice to clients and negotiate confidently
  • Conduct feasibility studies
  • Prepare invoices and maintain Team finance
  • Accurate assessment of any environmental impacts or economic viability
  • Prepare fee proposals and tenders
