The Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Associate Content Producer to act as the right-hand partner and creative proxy to our Senior Content Strategist. This role is designed to be the bridge between strategic vision and flawless execution. Your primary mission is to be the guardian of creative quality across all content, freeing up the Content Strategist to focus on high-level strategy. You will review drafts, provide feedback, and ensure all assets—from podcast episodes to video series—meet our high standards before the final review. This role is a unique opportunity for a rising talent with a great eye for quality to get hands‑on experience and mentorship in a world‑class marketing organization.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Production & Quality Assurance
    • Act as the primary point of contact for creative execution, managing the feedback loop for our podcast, video series, and other B2B assets produced with our in‑house team or agency partners.
    • Conduct the crucial first review of all creative deliverables (video cuts, audio edits, design layouts), providing clear, constructive feedback to ensure they align with the Strategist's vision.
    • Manage multiple rounds of revisions with editors, designers, and writers, ensuring the final product is 95% complete before it reaches the Strategist for final sign‑off.
  • Creative & Project Partnership
    • Partner with our Project Manager to ensure project success. You will own the creative quality and approvals, while the PM owns the timeline and logistics.
    • Provide the PM with accurate time estimates for creative reviews and production tasks to help them build realistic project plans in Wrike.
    • Translate the Strategist's vision into actionable guidance for internal creatives and external agencies.
  • Content Execution Support
    • Oversee the execution of the Visa Direct blog and social content, ensuring topics and guidance from the Strategist are brought to life effectively.
    • Leverage modern content tools like Opus Clips and ChatGPT for rapid ideation and the creation of promotional assets.
    • Assist in managing content schedules and publishing via tools like Hootsuite.
