Job summary

EngineersOfAI is seeking an Associate Solutions Architect to join our Applied AI team in London. You will be the technical bridge between Claude Code and engineering teams, helping customers adopt and scale Claude Code across development workflows.

You will partner with Account Executives, run technical evaluations, and guide PoCs. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, workflow customization, and building technical champions within customer organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• Daily active use of Claude Code with hands-on expertise.
• 1+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and toolchains.
• Experience with multiple programming languages and development environments.
• Comfort presenting technical concepts to different technical audiences.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Claude Code adoption through workshops and quantify expansion opportunities.
• Lead discovery calls and technical pilots with customers to showcase Claude Code impact.
• Develop tailored workflows and configurations for customer development environments.
• Create demos, scripts, and technical content for customer engagements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on complex technical requirements and post-deployment expansion.
