Job summary

Amulet is seeking a dedicated person to join the Travelsafe Support and Enforcement Officers team as a supervisor assistant. You will oversee rostering, admin tasks, and act as the face of the TSEO operation, helping to deliver the vision and value of both company and client.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent organizational skills, and clear written and verbal communication. A SIA Door Supervisor licence is essential (CCTV licence desirable).

Responsibilities

• Amend weekly rosters and matrices to meet contract staffing needs.
• Complete admin tasks including returns to work and client reports.
• Liaise with Travelsafe partners to share intel.
• Represent the contract at meetings alongside the contract manager.
• Deliver training to frontline staff.
• Lead by example and support staff under your tutelage.
• Ensure compliance with site instructions, risk assessments, and policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer service in line with expectations.
• Monitor incident reports submitted by security staff.
• Use equipment such as radio, body-worn cameras, company phone and laptop.
• Liaise with Travelsafe partners to build effective relationships.
