Job summary

Unitrust Protection Services seeks a Security Supervisor based at MK15 to lead on-site security operations and report to the Security Manager/Contract Manager. You will supervise Security Officers and act as the first point of contact for the client.

The role requires 2–3 years of security supervisory experience, smart appearance, strong English communication, and a CCTV licence. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in security at a supervisory level.
• Smart appearance and good character.
• Excellent literacy and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the security contract at the Client’s premises.
• Instruct and monitor security officers in procedures and client instructions.
• Ensure staff are trained to client and company standards.
• Develop teamwork and maintain high morale through training and motivation.
• Maintain records and liaise with client and security team.
