The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standards of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of technical concepts related to grooming, including handling techniques, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to ensure you can offer service that reflects our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You’ll enjoy a competitive base pay and support for your growth through comprehensive training and development, including our Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

Who We Are Looking For:

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Flexible individuals who can work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). You will have a minimum contract of 39 hours, with additional hours possible during busy periods, absences, and holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a professional grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
